AI Tools Streamline Open-Ended Survey Analysis
What I’ve been seeing in the marketing world this year is an increasing number of use cases for AI integration. Let me give you an example of one that has certainly made my life a lot easier: AI tools for open-ended survey responses.
In the past, if you asked a question on a survey where the respondent could answer with free text, it was costly and inefficient to analyze. I have often conducted surveys in different countries, so the process would include not only translation but also coding of the responses so that we could painstakingly try to document trends in the results.
Now, all the major survey tools I have looked at this year, including Qualtrics, Forsta, and InMoment, include translation and text analytics right out of the box. It’s a huge time and money saver for market researchers.
